Postage Support Services for the 9th Mission Support Command (MSC)

The 413th CSB, RCO-Hawaii intends to establish a sole-source Blanket Purchase Agreement for Postage Support Services under 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR 12.102(a) or FAR 6.103-1. The BPA will support the 9th Mission Support Command within its Pacific Area of Responsibility. Performance locations include American Samoa, Guam, Saipan, and other designated regional facilities, covering a total of five key locations.
