Testing, Pick up and Disposal of Petroleum, Oil and Lubricant (POL)

This is a requirement for the non-hazardous testing, pick-up, and disposal of petroleum, oil, and lubricants (POL) on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. The solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small businesses. To be considered, a contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Questions must be submitted by April 30, 2026, and all completed proposals and documentation are due by May 20, 2026. The award will be conducted under FAR Part 12 for commercial services.
