4/8/2025 Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate Attachment - 0005 Questions and Answers The Regional Contracting Office-Hawaii (RCO-HI), has a requirement to establish a Maste... 4/8/2025 Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate Attachment - 0005 Questions and Answers The Regional Contracting Office-Hawaii (RCO-HI), has a requirement to establish a Master Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for commercial lodging accommodations for 9th Mission Support Command (MSC) Army reserve soldiers on the islands of Oahu, Maui and Hawaii in the state of Hawaii for personnel on travel during Battle Assembly (BA) or Rescheduled Training (RST). Required nights of lodging for eligible personnel may occasionally increase or decrease significantly, depending on the mission requirements. RCO-HI intends to establish multiple BPAs to fulfill the government’s recurring lodging requirement.
