This is a solicitation notice for a one-time contract to provide services for concrete barrier mobilization, emplacement, and de-mobilization for the 4th of July event on Schofield Barracks, HI. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified by the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who in turn is responsible to the Government. This action will be set aside 100% to Small Business. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Requirement contract. The Period of Performance is from June 20, 2025 to July 11, 2025. All prospective vendors must have a Unique Entity ID (UEI) and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed for the requirement 488490 – Site preparation contractors. The size standard for NAICS 488490 is $18 million.
