The Regional Contracting Office Hawaii (RCO—HI) has a requirement for Preventive Maintenance and Repair of Oil Water Separator (OWS), Interceptors and Sediment Catchment Basin Systems (Basins, Grit Boxes, Trenches, and Zipper Trenches). The contractor shall provide all the resources necessary to complete this requirement on the island of Oahu. The solicitation will be a 100% Set Aside for Small Business. The award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 13 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. To be considered for the award, the prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). It is the responsibility of the prospective offeror to monitor this solicitation for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to the solicitation. Refer to pages 45-46 on the attached solicitation for Instructions to Offerors. Prospective offerors must complete and submit all required documents to be considered a potential offeror. The Regional Contracting Office Hawaii (RCO-HI) has a requirement for Preventive Maintenance and Repair of Oil Water Separator (OWS), Interceptors and Sediment Catchment Systems (Basins, Grit Boxes, Trenches, and Zipper Trenches). The contractor will then test and dispose/recycle non-hazardous oily water, sludge and sediment. This requirement is for various U.S. Army Installations located on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Period of Performance will be for a Base plus 4 Option Year requirement. This acquisition is set aside for 100% Small Business. The applicable NAICS Code is 562998 (All other Misc.
