The Army Contracting Command, 413thContract Support Bridge (CSB), Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Hawaii has a requirement to provide Time Confirmation, Audit Readiness and Work Management After-Hours Reception Desk Support Services for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) from Various Army Installations and other locations on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. Tasks to be performed include, but not limited to the following: Work Reception Desk Operations Monday through Friday 1600 – 0730 and 24 hours on Saturdays, Sundays and Federal holidays at Wheeler Airfield, Schofield Barracks and Fort Shafter DPW facilities, data entry into various databases and spreadsheets, create, consolidate, update and safeguard records/files, perform daily Quality Assurance checks, provide audit readiness support to update Access databases for DPW. Background: This is a new requirement. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) had significant changes, therefore it no longer constituted as a renewal. It was supposed to be a follow on procurement for Contract Number W912CN-19-C-0002, which was solicited as a competed 8(a) set-aside and resulted in an award to Na Alii Consulting & Sales LLC. The contract is in the 4th and final option year ending on 30 November 2023, then will be extended through 6 February 2024, in accordance with FAR 52.217-8. Contract Set aside: This action will be set aside 100% to Small Business. Contract Type and Period of Performance: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Requirement contract. The Period of Performance for the base year is estimated to be 6 February 2024 to 5 February 2025 plus four (4) one-year options. Please note that this notice does NOT constitute the Request for quote (RFQ). The RFQ will be posted on or about 27 November 2023 or earlier. The RFQ and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO.gov). Upon release of the RFQ, potential vendors will be encouraged to submit questions and/or recommendations regarding the terms and conditions of the RFQ and/or the associated documents. All timely submissions will be reviewed and the final RFQ may contain changes as a result of any input received. No paper copies will be issued.
