The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide dumpster rental, refusal removal, and hauling services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The Contractor shall provide the dumpster rental and hauling services necessary to ensure waste disposal in support of E3B. Services shall include haul, delivery, dumping, and pick-up of dumpsters. Dumpsters are free of holes to ensure trash remains inside the bins and does not cause environment issues with spillage.
