Number of elevators may increase or decrease, and the Government may negotiate changes and modify the contract accordingly. This is a solicitation for commercial services issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under the solicitation number W912CN-24-Q-0024. This acquisition is being solicited as full and open competition. The RFQ contains line item(s) on a firm-fixed price (FFP) basis. See attached solicitation including all attachments and technical exhibit for instructions and information. All offers must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) database under the NAICS requested and have a CAGE code via SAM at www.sam.gov. Offerors shall be responsible to monitor SAM.gov for any updates and/or subsequent amendments to this solicitation.

This notice does not constitute a request for quote. The solicitation for this requirement is expected to be issued on/or around July 24, 2024. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supplies, material, equipment, and transportation necessary to repair and replace the various components to the Elevators at Schofield Barracks Building 774, 884, 885, 2081, 2083. The Contractor shall ensure that there is always one (1) operational elevator per building during the repairs. Work shall be performed in accordance with the manufacturer’s standards, commercial practices, and applicable Federal and State Codes. All work, parts and material shall be warrantied for a period of one (1) year after the contract period of performance end date. This requirement will be solicited as full and open competition. A solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract based on FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Period of Performance is estimated as a base period (September 22, 2024 to March 21, 2027) with a six (6) month option (March 22, 2027 to September 21, 2027). The actual solicitation and all amendments will be posted on the SAM.gov website. All interested parties shall be responsible to monitor the website for any updates and or issuance of the solicitation and any amendments.
