The Army Contracting Command, 413th Contract Support Brigade (CSB), Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Hawaii (HI) is seeking to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for services under the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 561210: Facilities Support Services.The small business size standard for this industry is $47.0 million in average annual revenue. The Contractor will inspect, service, and certify all fixed fire suppression systems, portable fire extinguishers (the annual and 6-year maintenance), and fire control panel aboard the vessel IAW regulations set forth in CFR 46. Calls will be paid through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). To register and access WAWF, go to https://wawf.eb.mil/. BPAs will be evaluated annually and may remain in place for up to five years. When establishing these BPAs the Government will consider: Price, Socio-economic status; past performance, where past performance information exists; and technical capabilities. As prescribed in FAR 52.204-7, interested parties must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM), representatios and certifications must also be on record. These registrations can be done through the System for Award Management (SAM) for free at http://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. SAM registration must be complete prior to entering into a BPA.
