The conformed copy and the modification copy have been added.** This is a solicitation notice for Hoist and Crane Preventative Maintenance and Repair follow on contract. Refer to the Performance Work Statement (PWS) within the attached solicitation document. Solicitation W912CN-23-R-0018, Technical Exhibit 1, and Technical Exhibit 2 will be uploaded with this announcement. RSVP for site visit is due by Monday, September 18, 2023 at 3:00 PM HST. Site visit will be conducted on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at 9:00 AM HST. Questions must be submitted by Friday, September 22, 2023 at 3:00 PM HST. Offers must be received by Monday, October 16, 2023 at 3:00 PM HST. See Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 for more details.

The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The Contractor shall perform to the standard specified by the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who in turn is responsible to the Government. The United States Army Garrison Hawaii (USAG-HI) requires preventative maintenance and repairs of Hoist and Cranes of varying tonnages (up to 35 tons), makes, and models such as: Yale, Dixie Crane, Craneveyor, Shawbox, Ford, Wright, Demag, Ratcliff The services include Hoist & Crane Inspections, Preventive Maintenance (PM), Load Test Certification and Repair at various Army installations on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii.
