Services shall be performed in accordance with Local, State, and Federal laws and regulations and as stated in the Performance Work Statement. This is a solicitation for commercial services issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under the solicitation number W912CN-23-Q-0044. This acquisition is being solicited as 100% small business set-aside. The RFQ contains line item(s) on a firm-fixed price (FFP) basis.
