The Regional Contracting Office Hawaii (RCO—HI) has a requirement for firefighter lifesaving equipment and supplies for the fire department (on Pohakuloa Training Area). The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to deliver the equipment and supplies to the Big Island of Hawaii. The solicitation will be a 100% set aside for small business. Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. In order to be considered for award, the prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). It is the responsibility of the prospective offeror to monitor this solicitation for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to the solicitation. Refer to the attached solicitation. Prospective offerors must complete the attached solicitation and submit a quote (with product specifications), in order to be considered a potential offeror. All completed quotes, product specifications, and Standard Form (SF) 1499 forms must be submitted to Ms. Faxon via E-mail at melena.d.faxon.civ@army.mil on September 6, 2022 at 2:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time (HST).
