The Regional Contracting Office Hawaii (RCO—HI) has a vehicle and fire station radio lights installation service requirement (for its fire vehicles and fire station on Pohakuloa Training Area). The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to complete this requirement on the Big Island of Hawaii. The solicitation will be a 100% set aside for small business. Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. In order to be considered for award, the prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). It is the responsibility of the prospective offeror to monitor this solicitation for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to the solicitation. Refer to the attached solicitation. Prospective offerors must complete the attached solicitation and submit a quote, in order to be considered a potential offeror. Due to COVID-19 travel and/or business restrictions, firms must have a local representative on the Big Island of Hawaii.
