This is a solicitation notice for Cipher Card lock Services follow on contract. Stated is the performance work statement to provide card and cipher lock maintenance and repair services. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified by the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The United States Army Garrison Hawaii (USAG-HI) requires preventive maintenance, repairs, and training of KABA ILCO card and cipher locks. Solicitation W912CN-22-R-0029 and Technical Exhibit 1 will be uploaded with this announcement. S... This is a presolicitation notice for Cipher Cardlock Services follow on contract. Soliciation posting date is to be determined but will be no later than August 31, 2022. Site visit to be determined. Stated is the draft performance work statement to provide card and cipher lock maintenance and repair services. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified by the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The United States Army Garrison Hawaii (USAG-HI) requires preventive maintenance, repairs and training of KABA ILCO card and cipher locks. The KABA ILCO models in this requirement are Solitaire 710 High C, L100/E-Plex, 5031-WL-26D and Electro MAG HI Security. The services includes routine and emergency / unscheduled service calls and training for KABA ILCO (Cipher/Swipe Type), door locks in Army Barracks and Office Buildings located at Schofield Barracks (SB), Helemano Military Reservation (HMR) East Range (ER), Fort Shafter (FS), Wheeler Army Airfield (WAAF), and Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) on the island of Oahu, Hawaii.
