This is a pre-solicitation notice for the Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System-Version IV (ICIDS-IV) Electronic Security System (ESS) Technical Services Support on Oahu and the Island of Hawaii. The solicitation will be posted on or about Friday 7/18/2022 Set-aside 100% Small Business, Firm-Fixed-Price, Requirements-type Contract Draft PWS: To provide Electronic Security System (ESS) Technical support providing 24/7/365 day Installation Commercial Intrusion Detection System (IDS) Version IV (ICIDS-IV) and associated Electronic Entry Control Systems (EECS) Program management, administration, scheduled preventive maintenance, repairs and Operator level training supporting the US Army Garrison Hawaii system that consists of alarmed Arms Rooms, Sensitive Classified Information Facilities (SCIF), and Mission Essential Vulnerable Areas (MEVA) located on the island of Oahu and the island of Hawaii. The contractor shall provide sustainable installation support, through physical security services, law enforcement support, and emergency contingencies to ensure a safe environment for soldiers, family members and the military community that meet current and future mission requirements, promote community well-being, and enhance security for installation critical infrastructure. A fully functioning and operational ICIDS ensures the physical security mission is accomplished every day of the year to protect life and property throughout the US Army Pacific's AOR. Current contract for this requirement is W912CN-17-D-0020.
