This is a pre-solicitation notice for the Cesspools, Septic Tanks, and Aerobic Treatment Unit (ATU) Pumping and Disposal Services at various U.S. Army installations on Oahu, HI. The solicitation will be posted on or about Friday 7/1/2022 Set-aside 100% Small Business, Firm-Fixed-Price, Requirements-type Contract The site visit will be scheduled on or about Wednesday 7/13/2022 at 10:00am HST Quotes are due to Angela McColor at angela.u.mccolor.civ@army.mil on or about 8/1/2022 at 10:00am HST Draft Performance Work Statement: The Contractor shall perform cesspools, septic tanks, and aerobic treatment unit (ATU) pumping and disposal services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, transportation, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform monthly inspections of waste water, pumping, cleaning; and treatment, disposal services for cesspools, septic tanks, and ATU at the various Army Installations on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. Services shall be performed in accordance with Local, State, and Federal laws and regulations.
