The Contractor shall furnish all management, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supplies, and materials necessary to perform refuse collection and disposal services. The refuse disposals are located at Kilauea Military Camp (KMC), Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA), and Kawaihae Dock (K-Doc) on the island of Hawaii, and at 9th MSC U.S. Army Reserve Center on the Island of Maui in the State of Hawaii. All services shall be performed in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Government laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
