This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912CN-22-Q-0074 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-96, effective 06 November 2017.
