Please see Amendment 0001 which revises the due date, adds terms FOB destination, and amends the minimum salient characteristics. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is conducted using FAR 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide two-hundred (200) Sanctuary Chairs. The 413th CSB anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. * Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): See attached salient characteristics and color swatch of the commodity sought in this combined synopsis/solicitation. * The applicable NAICS code is 337127, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation number is W912CN-22-Q-0049 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation will close at 12:30 PM HST on 26 July 2022 solicitations must be submitted via email to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below.
