Tentative date for IFB will be on or about 1 October 2022. This is a pre-solicitation notice. This notice is being issued for planning and informational purposes only. The proposed Invitation for Bid (IFB) procurement is intended for HubZone set-aside. Proposed work is to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and other incidental items to perform roofing repairs/installations and related work at various Army Installations in the State of Alaska. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed priced requirement type construction contract. Contract term will be base plus two option periods. Anticipated period of performance is: FY23. The magnitude of the requirement is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The NAICS code is 238160 with a size standard of $16.5M. Award will be made to a responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and the price-related factors included in the invitation.
