Draft of Performance Work Statement for Chiller Systems Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services Overview. The Contractor shall inspect, repair and maintain all existing chiller systems and their components listed in real property records. The Contractor shall provide sustainment of vertical facilities such as buildings and all utilities plant structures within the five (5) foot demarcation line, excluding Army Family Housing. Components. The Contractor shall perform preventive maintenance (PM) and repairs. Facilities and components covered under this Common Level of Support (CLS) include, but are not limited to, the following: Administrative buildings, Training facilities, Maintenance shops, Medical facilities and clinics, Childcare facilities, Barracks, Billeting, Range facilities, HVAC systems. Description of Services. The Contractor shall develop and implement (after KO approval) a Comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) ( that consists of Monthly PM, Quarterly PM, Annual PM) and Repair (that consists of Routine and Emergency Repairs) Program. PM consists primarily of inspection, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, calibration, and minor part and component replacement on all chiller systems within building and structures, its component equipment and other systems included at all USAGHI facilities on the island of Oahu. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified firms relative to the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code 238220.
