The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM 0001: Siemen’s SiPass Door Access Control System Equipment and installation services. To include 6 new SiPass Access points. Firm Fixed Price QTY: one (1) Unit of Issue: Job The Siemen’s SiPass Door Access Control System Equipment and Installation is required to increase the current amount of doors and controllers by six (6). Siemen’s SiPass is a proprietary system and is required to match existing equipment currently installed at Bassett Hospital. Siemen is the only known manufacturer and installer for the Siemen’s SiPass Door Access control System. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable NAICS Code is 561621 and the business size standard is twenty two (22) million dollars.
