This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is W912CN-21-Q-JK02 and this solicitation is issued as request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-96, effective 06 November 2017. (iv) This is a Full and Open competition solicitation and the associated NAICS code is 333413. (v) A list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure: Clin 0001: Eight (8) Big Fans with the following salient characteristics: Clin 0002: Shipping (if applicable) QTY 8 Following Salient Characteristics: a) Must be powered by 110-125 VAC, 50/60 Hz b) Must be painted with high visibility paint like Safety Yellow or similar c) Total weight of fan should be less than 500lbs d) Must have wheels on base for ease of movement in work area e) Must have variable speed switch options for airflow management f) Must have a safety cage like enclosure to prevent objects or fingers being inserted into an operating fan G) Airflow must be at least 120 feet or 36.6 meters H) Motor HP: 2/3 hp I) Diameter: cannot be bigger than 8 feet J) Aluminum Blades (vi) Description of requirements to be acquired: Big Fans (vii) Date and place of delivery and acceptance and FOB destination: 3D printer as listed no more than 30 – 45 days. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract resulting from competitive quotes received in response to this solicitation. The quote will be evaluated for a fair and reasonable price.
