Amendment issued to extend the offer due date to 12:00 PM, 22 Sep 21 HST and to incorporate changes to the solicitation. This is a non-personal service contract to perform preventive maintenance and consumable replacements (except plotter paper) for four (4) Canon OCE ColorWave 500 Wide format Plotter/Scanner multi-function devices (MFDs) located on Wheeler Army Airfield (WAAF), Oahu, Hawaii. See attached solicitation for further details. Period of performance is base and four option years. In responding to the request for quote (RFQ), pricing information is required for each CLIN on the Solicitation. Respond within the appropriate timeframe. Phone calls will not be accepted. Quotes are due to the contracting office no later than 10:00 am. HST on Monday, 20 Sep 21. All quotes must be emailed to Nanette Phillips at nanette.g.phillips.civ@mail.mil.
