The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM 0001: Conference Space & Registration 3 x Large Ballrooms (connectible) 7 x Smaller Meeting Rooms (connectible) 300 Chairs, stage, 8 x tables for Conf. Rm. Venue is expected to be able to accommodate meeting space for all scheduled conference events and related small group sessions, a location for a three separate conference luncheons, provision of breakfast vouchers for guests, catering of boxed lunches on 14 and 15 September, accommodation of necessary audio-visual equipment and associated internet capability, parking for vehicles necessary to execute this operation, and access for buses that will necessary to transport guests. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable NAICS Code is 721110 and the business size standard is $35 million.
