The period of performance will consist of a 12-month base period (Performance commencement date on or about 29 September 2021) and two 12-month option periods to extend the term of the contract. 2. Background: This is a follow-on procurement for contract number W912CN-18-C-0024. The current contract is in the final option year ending on 28 Sep 2021. 3. Contract Type and Period of Performance: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The Period of Performance for the base year is 29 Sep 2021 to 28 Sep 2022 with two (2) one-year options periods. 4. All prospective vendors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE code) and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561710 - Exterminating and Pest Control Services. The small business size standard is $12.0M. 5. RCO- Hawaii will be issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Pest Control Services. 6. Please note that this notice does NOT constitute the RFQ. The RFQ will be posted on or about 27 Jul 2021. 7. The RFQ and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on Federal Business Opportunities (https://www.sam.gov). 8. No paper copies will be issued.
