This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and FAR part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W912CN-21-Q-0011 and this solicitation is issued as request for quotation (RFQ). Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449. NOTE: To receive an award resulting from this solicitation, offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database IAW FAR 52.212-(k). Registration may be done online at: www.acquisition.gov or www.sam.gov. NOTE: All vendors will be required to submit invoicing through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) electronic invoicing system. This is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and the associated NAICS code 562219 Other Nonhazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal. The list of items, quantities, and units of measure are identified in the SF1449 Commercial Solicitation (See attached 21-Q-0011 RFQ - POL Pick-up). NOTICE OF QUESTION(S) SUBMISSION DEADLINE - Offerors are requested to review this solicitation and urged to submit questions no later than three (3) business days after issuance of the solicitation to the Contract Specialist: warren.m.sabugo.civ@mail.mil via email in order to allow for the preparation of answers to be provided to all prospective offerors. Any questions received thereafter may not be processed. The due date for offers is February 9, 2021 at 4pm Hawaii Standard Time.
