This notice is being issued for planning and informational purposes only.This requirement is 100% set-aside for 8(a) firms with the assigned NAICS code. Contract will be a firm-fixed-price requirement type construction contract. Proposed work is to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and other incidental items to perform roofing repairs/installation and related work located at various Army installations (to include, but not limited to, Schofield Barracks, Fort Shafter, Wheeler Army Air Field, Helemano Military Reservation, Aliamanu Military Reservation, Tripler Army Medical Center), Island of Oahu, Hawaii. Contract term will be base plus two option periods. Anticipated period of performance is: Base Year 01 June 2022 – 31 May 2023; Option One 01 June 2023 – 31 May 2024; Option Two 01 June 2024 – 31 May 2025. The magnitude of the requirement is more than $10,000,000. The NAICS code is 238160 with a size standard of $16.5M. Award will be made to a responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and the price-related factors included in the invitation. Tentative date for IFB will be on or about November 2021. Tentative date for opening of bids will be on or about 30 days after IFB date.
