Synopsis of intent to award sole source basic purchase agreement. Vendor to provide recurring commercial phone line telecommunications services to include new installations, modifications, relocations and terminations for circuits/phone lines on an as needed basis for Army installations requiring such service in the State of Hawaii, including Tripler Army Medical Center (Oahu), Pohakuloa Training Area (Hawaii), Bradshaw Army Airfield (Hawaii), Schofield Barracks (Oahu), Wheeler Army Airfield (Oahu), Aliamanu Military Reservation, Fort DeRussy, Honolulu Federal Building, Helemano Military Reservation, Kapolei, Waianae Army Recreation Ctr, Mauna Loa Observatory, Recruiting Centers/Hilo/Maui/Kauai, Hale Koa Hotel, Kilauea Military Camp, Dillingham Air Field, Hickam Air Force Base, and Fort Shafter. Services shall be performed in accordance with local, state, and federal laws, rules and regulations. Commercial phone line telecommunications services to include local service, and dedicated circuits to include the following: Maintain commercial circuits (i.e. T1/DS1/2-wire/4-wire/dry pairs), maintain commercial telephone lines, maintain FCC circuits (T1/DS1), resolve hardware (outside & inside plant) /software (HTinternal) failures/problems, provide circuit/phone installations/terminations/changes as requested, and perform automated internal testing from their Central Office and Diagnostic Center to insure service is maintained.
