The Regional Contracting Office Hawaii (RCO—HI) has a chemical requirement (for sodium hypochlorite and sodium fluoride) to clean and disinfect swimming pools and water treatment plants. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to complete this requirement. Chemicals shall be delivered to various Army installations on Oahu, Hawaii. Quantities will fluctuate with each chemical order, depending on what is needed. The solicitation will be a 100% set aside for small business. Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award. It is the responsibility of the prospective offeror to monitor this solicitation for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to the solicitation. Refer to the attached solicitation, its amendment, and spreadsheet. Prospective offerors must complete the attached solicitation and submit a quote, in order to be considered a potential offeror.
