This is a Sources Sought Notice For Information Technology (IT)Services. (a) The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Sources Sought or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. (b) Although "proposal," "offeror," contractor, and "offeror" may be used in this sources sought notice, any response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. (c) Any information received from a contractor in response to this Sources Sought may be used in creating a solicitation. Any information received which is marked with a statement, such as "proprietary" or "confidential," intended to restrict distribution will not be distributed outside of the Government, except as required by law. (d) This Sources Sought is issued by Regional Contracting Office, Hawaii. The NAICS code identified for this requirement is 541519 Other Computer Related Services. (e) Cursory market research has identified several businesses that may be able to provide for this requirement. Contractors that are able to meet the requirements are encouraged to email a capability statement and full information to Liane Leong at liane.leong.civ@mail.mil. Part of the purpose of this sources sought is to identify 8(a) business companies capable of performing the requested services. Contractors shall identify the NAICS code for the services being offered as well as their size status under said NAICS. Contractors shall also identify any Federal Supply Schedules that may carry the desired services. Contractors shall identify pertinent point of contact for company, contractor DUNS number for size standard and socioeconomic verification in SAM and VIP. SCOPE: Supporting each Warrior, Family and Community with sustainable services, ensuring power projection readiness from Hawaii. In order to support our military and civilian customers, we have an extensive need for IT support. IT is also essential to employees across the garrison from time-keeping and administrative functions to programs needed in the execution of their duties in a wide range of areas (supervisory roles, emergency services, safety, public works, analysis, planning, training, knowledge management, human resources, resource management, public affairs/communication, chapel and morale, welfare and recreation programs). Both customers and employees rely on our systems being online and using current technologies. Contractor shall provide all personnel and transportation for delivery of IT services to USAG-HI S6 including, but not limited to, locations on SB, WAAF, FS, HMR, AMR, TAMC on Oahu and PTA on Hawaii. Services will be provided for approximately 900 personnel and shall be focused on four (4) areas: Help Desk Operation, Webmaster, Database Administration and Video Teleconferencing. Services will be provided IAW USARPAC Directive 0001, subject: Information Assurance (IA) and Computer Network Defense (CND) of the Pacific LandWarNet in the United States Army Pacific (USARPAC / United States Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) / United States Army Garrison, Hawaii (USAG-HI S6) and other applicable DoD IT-related rules, regulations and policies. Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance is September 28, 2020 to September 27, 2021. Four option periods are anticipated to be included in the solicitation.
