Tentative date for IFB will be on or about 14 JAN 2021. This is a pre-solicitation notice. This notice is being issued for planning and informational purposes only. The proposed Invitation for Bid (IFB) procurement is intended for HubZone set-aside. Proposed work is to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and other incidental items to perform roofing repairs/installations and related work at various Army Installations in the State of Alaska. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed priced requirement type construction contract. Contract term will be base plus two option periods. Anticipated period of performance is: Base Year 01 APR 2021 – 31 MAR 2022; Option One 01 APR 2022 – 31 MAR 2023; Option Two 01 APR 2023 – 31 MAR 2024. The magnitude of the requirement is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The NAICS code is 238160 with a size standard of $16.5M. Award will be made to a responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and the price-related factors included in the invitation. Tentative date for IFB will be on or about November 16, 2019. Tentative date for opening of bids will be on or about 30 days after IFB date.
