Anticipated period of performance is: Base Year 15 MAY 2020 - 14 MAY 2021; Option One 15MAY 2021 - 14 MAY 2022; Option Two 15 MAY 2022 - 14 MAY 2023. This is a pre-solicitation notice. This notice is being issued for planning and informational purposes only. The proposed Invitation for Bid (IFB) procurement is a small business set-aside. Proposed work is to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and other incidental items to perform asphaltic concrete paving repair and installation at various military installations on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed priced requirement type construction contract. Contract term will be base plus two option periods. Anticipated period of performance is: Base Year 15 APR 2020 – 14 APR 2021; Option One 15 APR 2021 – 14 APR 2022; Option Two 15 APR 2022 – 14 APR 2023. The magnitude of the requirement is more than $10,000,000. The NAICS code is 237310 with a size standard of $39.5M. Award will be made to a responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and the price-related factors included in the invitation. Tentative date for IFB will be on or about December 10, 2019. Tentative date for opening of bids will be on or about 30 days after solicitation date.
