This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Submission of a quote that does not contain all item(s) requested may result in elimination from consideration of award. Offerors are responsible for including sufficient details to permit a complete and accurate evaluation of each quote.
