The contractor shall provide a skilled, knowledgeable Catholic priest to perform various mass and sacraments for US Army worship services across the Island of Oahu that enriches and enhances the religious/spiritual experience for active duty service members and their families. 2) Background: This is a follow-on procurement for firm fixed price contract number W912CN-18-P-0072, awarded to Fr Sebastian V Chacko. The current contract expires on 16 Jul 2019. 3) Contract Set aside: This action will be set aside 100% to Small Business. The NAICS code for these services is813110, Religious Organizations. 4) Contract Type and Period of Performance: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with Period of Performance for the base year, 5 Aug 2019 to 4 Aug 2020 with two (2) one year options, identified below: Base: 5 Aug 2019 - 4 Aug 2020 Option 1: 5 Aug 2020 - 4 Aug 2021 Option 2: 5 Aug 2021 - 4 Aug 2022 5) RCO-HI anticipates issuing Request for Quote (RFQ) W912CN-19-Q-0057 on or about 15 Jul 2019 or later. No solicitation is being issued at this time. The 413th Contracting Support Brigade at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii is seeking commercial sources to provide all technical, supervisory, and administrative personnel to provide Part Time Catholic Priest services in selected locations on the island of Oahu, HI. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract and adhere to all local, state, and Federal regulations for Chaplain Priest Services. It is anticipated that the contract performance period will be 16 July 2019 - 15 July 2021. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed for the requirement is 813110, Religious Organizations. The size standard for NAICS 813110 is $7.5 Million. The government requests interested parties submit a response which includes a brief description of their company's business size (i.e. annual revenues and employee size, business status) and a description of same/similar services offered to the Government and to commercial industries. The Government will use this information in determining its set-aside decision. Interested firms are requested to provide the aforementioned information, along with interest and capability statements no later than 3 July 2019. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. The draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is posted with this notice and interested parties are encouraged to submit industry comments and/or suggested changes to the PWS. Interested vendors should submit their capability statement in writing, limited to three pages.
