SEE ATTACHMENT Amendment 0001.*** The 413th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Office Hawaii has a requirement to upgrade an existing microwave link between Mauna Kapu and Ft Shafter, to procure, install, test and document with brand name or equal, one (1) microwave link on the island of Oahu, HI. The link will provide connectivity between the repeater site and the master site of the Land Mobile Radio-Hawaii (LMR-HI). The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, materials, equipment and services as stated in the PWS and as specified in the Salient Characteristics attachment. This is a solicitation for commercial items issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under the solicitation number W912CN-19-Q-0022. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns in regards to size standards. The applicable NAICS is 334220 and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees. The RFQ contains line item(s) on a firm fixed price (FFP) basis. SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION INCLUDING ALL ATTACHMENTS. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database as a small business under the NAICS requested, have a CAGE and DUNS code via SAM at www.sam.gov. Photos have been included to show the existing towers and equipment at Mauna Kapu and Ft Shafter sites. Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing via email by 28 MAR 19, 3:00 PM HST to ensure Government has ample response time and still allow timely submittal of proposals. All proposals are due on or before 11 APR 2019, but no later than 3:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time (HST), reference the solicitation number W912CN-19-Q-0022 in the subject block, and sent via email to Edwina Katsube, Contract Specialist at edwina.t.katsube.civ@mail.mil.
