The Government is not soliciting, nor will it accept, proposals as a result of this synopsis. The Government will not reimburse the cost of any submission in response to this announcement -- the entire cost of any submission will be at the sole expense of the source submitting the information. If a solicitation is issued in the future, it will be announced via the Federal Business Opportunities website (https://www.fbo.gov) and interested parties must comply with that announcement. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any questions submitted or information provided as a result of this notice. The U.S. Army 413th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), Regional Contracting Office - Hawaii (RCO-HI) intends to procure a firm fixed price brand-name specific commercial supply contract on the behalf of the 402nd Army Field Support Brigade (AFSB) Schofield Barracks, Hawaii for the purchase, installation, programming, commission and testing of an Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System Fourth Generation (ICIDS-IV) featuring the brand name Stargate 3 mother board and closed circuit television (CCTV) at buildings 6036, 6037, 6038, and 6041, covering the entire perimeter of the facility located at East Range, Wahiawa. Hawaii. Oral proposals will not be conducted. The Government intends to make awards based on initial offers without discussions. This procurement will be unrestricted. The applicable NAICS code is 561621, the size standard is $20.5 Million. The solicitation will be issued electronically via Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at http://fbo.gov and interested parties must comply with that announcement. FBO is the single point of entry for posting of the synopsis and solicitations to the internet.
