The 413th Contract Support Brigade (CSB), Regional Contracting Office (RCO)- Hawaii (HI) has a requirement The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and transportation to provide three (3) charter busses with air conditioning (AC) and drivers for the duration of Pacific Sentry 19.3 in order to support a high volume of transportation needs for approximately 150 exercise personnel. These busses will be used to transport personnel from two hotels in Kapolei to Schofield Barracks daily, refer to ‘Transportation Layout' Spreadsheet. All three (3) busses need to be ready to transport personnel starting on 2 June 2019 with transportation to and from Schofield Barracks until the conclusion of the exercise on 21 June 2019. Location of Rental: Transport Personnel from two hotels in Kapolei [Embassy Suites (725 Manawai St Kapolei, HI) and Hampton Inn (91-5431 Kapolei Pkwy Kapolei, HI)] to Schofield Barracks, Oahu, Hawaii [SGT Smith Theater (2 Lewis St. Schofield Barracks, HI) and the Mission Training Complex (2093 Trimble Rd., Bldg. 1503)]. Technician Service available 24 hours/7 days from 2 June thru 21 June 2019. This acquisition is set-aside for Unrestricted. The North American Industry Code Standard (NAICS) is 485510, Religious Organization and the Small Business Administration (SBA) small business size standard is $15M.
