The 413th Contracting Support Brigade (413th CSB), Regional Contracting Office, Hawaii (RCO-HI) is issuing this Sources Sought Synopsis as a means of conducting market research or as a market survey to determine the availability of potential qualified vendors with the technical capability to provide all management, supervision, development, administration, and labor to develop data management and analytical tools to automate manual processes and standardize procedures for organizational efficiency in support of United States Army, Pacific (USARPAC) G8. Work will also include development of a web-based tool to conduct talent management. See attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
