The Reason for this Solicitation Amendment are for the following: 1. Re-solicit the requirement with a solicitation period of 14 March 2022 to 24 March 2022. 2. Incorporate a revised Performance Work Statement (PWS) 3. Revise Addendum to 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors and 52.212-2 Evaluation of Offers (See Addendum) 4. Change the Period Performance dates for the Base Period and Subsequent Option Periods. (See Delivery Information) Overall Scope of Requirement: To provide a pest and rodent free work environment for the 9TH MSC Area of Operations at Fort Shafter Flatts, Honolulu, Hawaii. Contractor shall provide pest and rodent preventative control services within the areas identified in the Performance WorkvStatement (PWS). The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel, services, materials, equipment, supplies necessary to perform preventative Pest Control Services to include but not limited to ants, ticks, fleas, cockroaches, spiders, earwigs, wasps, hornets, yellow jackets, and rodents.
