This is a non-personnel services contract to provide Dining Facility Attendant (DFA) Services to the U.S. Army Garrison, in Alaska and Hawaii. The service outlined in this requirement encompasses facility sanitation and janitorial duties. Performance criteria for overall Dining Facility duties fall under Contractor responsibilities. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Contractor must also be able to handle and support surge capabilities depending on deployments, trainings, and other large influxes of military personnel.
