The contract will be a fixed-price contract. The delivery date is on or before 30 September 2027. The delivery will be to Wiesbaden, Germany with secure shipping and tracking. Any Questions are due no later than 16 September 2025 by 12pm Central European Time (CET). The Solicitation, questions received, and any amendments will be posted to SAM.gov IMPORTANT: Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the time of submission of quotes.
