The contract will be a fixed-price contract. The delivery date is as soon as possible after Contract Award please see (FAR 52.211-8) for deltails. The delivery will be to Wiesbaden Germany. Any Questions are due no later than September 8, 2025 by 13:00 pm Central European Time (CET). The Solicitation will close on September 12, 2025 at 13:00 pm Central European Time. The Solicitation, questions received, and any amendments will be posted to SAM.gov IMPORTANT: Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the time of submission of quotes.
