The Regional Contracting Office intends to solicit and competitively award a hybrid fixed price (FFP) and time and materials (T&M) contract for Maintenance and Repair (M&R) of Doors, Gates, and Barrie... The Regional Contracting Office intends to solicit and competitively award a hybrid fixed price (FFP) and time and materials (T&M) contract for Maintenance and Repair (M&R) of Doors, Gates, and Barriers for several buildings on Amelia Earhart Center, Aukamm, Clay Kaserne Wiesbaden, Egelsbach, Hainerberg, Mainz Kastel Station, Mc Cully Barracks, Rheinblick Golf Course, Schwabenwaeldchen, and Wiesbaden Small Arms located around Wiesbaden, Germany. The contract will consist of a (twelve) month base and two (2) one-year options. Proposed performance start date is on or about beginning of July 2025. Solicitation W912CM-25-Q-A005 will be issued before or after 30 April 2025. A site visit will be planned 10 days after solicitation posting. The RFQ and any amendments will be posted to www.Sam.gov.
