The Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden (RCOW) intends to solicit and competitively award a single firm-fixed-price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) type contract for non-personal services to provide full food services at Stronger Together Warrior Cafe/Restaurant, Clay Kaserne Wiesbaden. This requirement will utilize lowest price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. Period of Performance: Base period of 12 months plus three (3) 12- month option periods. Place of performance will be Wiesbaden, Germany. Contractors performing services in the Federal Republic of Germany shall comply with German Law. the contractor shall determine whether performance requires registration with German authorities or authorization to do business in Germany and, if so, shall comply with all requirements. whether or not registration or authorization its employees and any subcontractor employees must possess to work in Germany. Site visit is organized for interested contractors and the date communicated in the solicitation (See RFP for more details). All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing lists will not be compiled and the RFQ and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM at https://sam.gov) to be eligible for contract award. Site visit will be organised for interested contractors and the date communicated in the solicitation. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to this website. This pre-solicitation notice is for a non-personnel services contract to provide Warrior Restaurant management, food preparation and serving, remote site feeding, facility sanitation and janitorial duties specified in the PWS for the restaurant on Clay kaserne Wiesbaden. The description of services shall be further defined in subsequent, individual task orders. The PWS and all associated documentation will be provided when the solicitation is posted to the sam.gov website.
