Update 11 April 2024. Amendment 0002 issued: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) provide an updated q&a 2) provide an updated "Attachment 5 - Price Book V2" to clarify the unit of issue. This replaces "Attachment 5 - Price Book" 3) to extend the response time to the solicitation to 19 April 2024 Update 05 April 2024, Amendment 0001 issued: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) incorporate the site visit attendance list, 2) provide answers to the questions received, 3) adjust the ordering period. The period for submitting questions had closed. The Government can no longer guarantee responses to questions. See summary of changes. ORIGINAL The Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden intends to competitively award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract for custodial services for approximately 500,000 square meters of facility spaces within USAG Wiesbaden, Germany. Please review the attached Request for Proposals (RFP) W912CM24R0005 for this action. Offerors are requested to carefully read ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1 included in the RFP to understand the instructions for your submittals. IMPORTANT: Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) by the date of submission of proposals/quotes/offers/bids. Site Visit: A one-time site visit for this requirement will be held: DATE: 28 March 2024 TIME: 09:00 CET LOCATION: Lucius D. Clay Kaserne 65205 Wiesbaden, Germany a. No later than 14:00 hrs. Central European Time (CET) on 27 March 2024 interested vendors shall inform Martin Glueck, Contract Specialist, martin.glueck.LN@army.mil, Andrew W. Green, andrew.w.green17.civ@army.mil and Leyla L. Campbell, Contracting Officer, leyla.l.campbell.civ@army.mil of their intent to attend the site visit and include the full names of all attendees. Only 2 representatives from each vendor may attend the site visit. b. Site visit attendees are required to be at the main gate of Clay Kaserne no later than 08:55 of the scheduled date. The meeting point for the site visit is the Visitors Center on the right side of the main entrance to Clay Kaserne. All attendees must present their identification card or passport and car registration to gain entry. Security guards may perform body search and/or vehicle inspections. c.
