The RFP period has not been extended. **ORIGINAL** The Regional Contracting Office intends to solicit and competitively award a hybrid fixed price (FFP) and time and materials (T&M) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for Maintenance and Repair (M&R) of Building Monitoring Systems (BMS) in U.S Army Garrison (UASG) Wiesbaden, Germany area of responsibilty (AOR). The IDIQ will consist of a 57 month ordering period. Proposed performance start date is 30 September 2024. The RFQ and any amendments will be posted to www.Sam.gov. The meeting point for the site visit is the Visitors Center on the right side of the main entrance to Clay Kaserne. All attendees must present their identification card or passport and car registration to gain entry. Security guards may perform body search and/or vehicle inspections. c.
