The Regional Contracting Office intends to solicit and competitively award a hybrid fixed price (FFP) and time and materials (T&M) contract for Maintenance and Repair (M&R) of Building Monitoring Systems (BMS) for several buildings on Lucius D. Clay Kaserne, Hainerberg, Mainz-Kastel, Amelia Earhart Center, Rheinblick Golf Course and McCully Barracks located around Wiesbaden, Germany. The contract will consist of a nine (9) month base and four (4) one-year options. Proposed performance start date is on or about 20 September 2024. Solicitation W912CM-24-Q-0024 will be issued on or about 12 August 2024. The RFQ and any amendments will be posted to www.Sam.gov.
