The contract will be a fixed-price contract. The delivery date is 60 days after Contract Award. The delivery will be to Wiesbaden Germany with secure shipping and tracking. Any Questions are due no later than May 2, 2024 by 10am Eastern Time (ET). The Solicitation, questions received, and any amendments will be posted to SAM.gov IMPORTANT: Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the time of submission of quotes.
