Amendment 4 - 02 August 2024 The purpose of this amendment is to change FAR Clause 52.229-11, Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements - Notice and Representations as full text for Quoters to complete all representations as required in FAR Clause 52.212-1 of this RFQ. All quoters must complete all representations/certifications required for Volume I, as annotated in the table under FAR Clause 52.212-1. No other terms or conditions are affected by this amendment. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 3 - 01 August 2024 This amendment does the following: 1. Corrects the quantities in CLINs 0001, 1001, and 2001 to reflect the same quanitities in Attachment 1 - Pricebook following the update in Amendment 2 of this RFQ. 2. To reiterate the submission instructions, Quoters shall complete all yellow highlighted areas within Attachment 1 - Pricebook, to include "Price Book A" cells F10 and F11. The total calculated in G8 of each "Price Book A" tab shall be entered into CLIN 0001 on the SF 1449. The total calculated in G9 of each "Price Book A" tab shall be entered into CLIN 0002 on the SF 1449. Please note, CLIN 0002 on the SF 1449 does not have a line but Quoters can enter it somewhere close to the service description. 3. The site visit for this requirement was completed on July 30, 2024. No questions resulted from the event and no discussions took place that affect any requirements in this solicitation. 4. No other terms or conditions are modified by this amendment. ------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 2 - 23 July 2024 This amendment corrects the pricebook after notificaiton of an error, and an updated RFQ was uploaded to remove the "draft" watermark from the document. No other terms or conditions are modified by this amendment. ----------------------------------------------------- Amendment 1 - 23 July 2024 This amendment corrects an erroneous date for the site visit listed in the RFQ document. The correct date for the site visit is 30 July 2024 at 09:00 AM. A revised RFQ is posted in response to this change. No other terms or conditions are modified by this amendment. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Regional Contracting Office intends to competitively award a hybrid fixed price (FFP) and time and materials (T&M) contract for Maintenance and Repair (M&R) of Aboveground and Belowground Liquid Storage Tanks and Fuel Pumps at U.S Army Garrison (USAG) Wiesbaden, Germany. The contract will consist of one, nine-month base period and two (2) option years. Proposed performance start date is on or about September 28, 2024. The anticipated contract will be a non-personal services contract for scheduled interior cleaning, degassing and occasional repair, technical inspections and certification of above ground and underground liquid storage tanks, as well as technical inspections (TUEV) and certification and repair of filling areas, gasoline and JP8/diesel stations, vapor recovery systems, and propane gas tanks (liquefied gas). Additionally, the Contractor shall provide on-demand services for unscheduled repairs as issue arise. The regular preventive maintenance will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and the On-Deman maintenance will be Time and Materials. A site visit is planned for 30 July 2024. Please review the RFQ for instructions on how to participate. Quotes must be submitted via email and be received no later than 22 August 2024 at 0800 CET Germany. The Regional Contracting Office - Wiesbaden intends to competitively award a hybrid Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Time-and-Materials (T&M) purchase order for the maintenance and repair services for aboveground and belowground liquid storage tanks within the United States Army Garrison (USAG) Wiesbaden area of operations. Requirements will include scheduled, preventative maintenance services and on-call/on-demand repair services. The performance period of this effort will be one 9-month base period with two 12-month option years. The Government anticipates releasing the Request for Quote (RFQ) for this requirement (W912CM24Q0014) around 23 July 2024.
